Revenue Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Online Revenue by managing the present resources intelligently.
  • Focus on Online Revenue Management and make this segment as Major Contributing segment to get optimum Occupancy and ARR to achieve bottom line.
  • Monitor online rates based on Competition, Budgeted ARR, Occupancy, Season. Play with Dynamic Rates to get optimum Revenues.
  • Track OTA bookings regularly and make action plan for remaining days of the month.
  • Take a help of deal portals to get better awareness in market and same time to improve on productivity.
  • B2B rates, flight + hotel rates to be floated on OTAs to get incremental business.
  • Contracting OTA for new hotels.
  • Get all OTA contracts atleast 1 month before hotel opens.
  • Integration of Channel Manager.
  • Maintain good relationship with all online channel partners.
  • Float B2B / B2C rates with offers for individual hotel.
  • Online content management.
  • Driving at suitable promotions based on needs from time to time.
  • Recommending new technologies as and when the need arrives.
  • Working closely with hotel reservations & CRS for making rate grids.
  • Training & developing a revenue management team across hotels.
  • Arranging training for hotels / CRS teams on new trends in revenue management.
